Mr Key qualified with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Cardiff Dental Hospital in 1986 & pursued a hospital career in oral surgery before qualifying Medicine at University Hospital of Wales in 1997. Following his extensive Oral & Maxillofacial training in South London & South Wales training programs, Mr Key completed prestigious fellowships in Craniofacial Surgery at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital & in Aesthetic Surgery at Wellington Hospital in London. He was appointed a Consultant in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Morriston Hospital in 2007. He has since specialized in facial deformity, Constructive surgery, trauma care, surgical dermatology & facial aesthetics. He was Regional Maxillofacial Specialty Professional Advisor for Wales 2018 - 2023 & led the OMFS Department as Clinical Lead 2019 - 2024. Over the last 40 years he has extensive experience in minor oral surgery & adopts a patient-centered approach his long-standard relationship with multiple primary and intermediate care practices, since 1986, have solidified his expertise in the field of oral and dento-alveolar surgery.
