Since graduating in South East Wales, Steffan has built his career in South West Wales, where he provides patient‑centred general dental care. He has a particular interest in endodontic treatment and supports patients with a wide range of dental needs. In addition to his clinical work, Steffan is a fluent Welsh speaker, enabling him to communicate comfortably and effectively with Welsh‑speaking patients.

Mark graduated from Cardiff University in 2008 with a first‑class honours degree and several academic awards. During his vocational training, he completed postgraduate dental examinations and developed a clinical interest in endodontics (root canal treatment).
He now works across practices in Swindon, Gloucester and Neath, providing a wide range of restorative and general dental treatments. His clinical work includes dentures, crowns, veneers, bridges, orthodontic treatments, implant restoration, root canal therapy and the management of periodontal conditions. He also provides facial aesthetic treatments and dental acupuncture.
Mark regularly undertakes continued professional development in endodontics, periodontology and restorative dentistry. He continues to enhance his skills through ongoing training in cosmetic and aesthetic techniques.

Rebecca qualified from King’s College London Dental Institute in 2013, having previously gained a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences. After completing her vocational training in Horsham, West Sussex, she undertook a postgraduate diploma in primary dental care. Her areas of interest include periodontology and restorative dentistry. She has a particular interest in supporting anxious patients and aims to build rapport to help them feel more comfortable during their dental care. Rebecca also has experience providing domiciliary care for patients who are unable to attend the practice.

Christine, who is originally from Swansea, has worked with Dr Tim Foster Jones as a dental hygienist for several years. She began her career in dentistry as a dental nurse, qualifying at King’s College Dental Hospital in London in 1985. She gained her certificate in oral health education in 1990 and went on to qualify as a dental hygienist at Cardiff Dental Hospital in 1992. Christine has a clinical interest in supporting patients with dental implants as part of their ongoing dental health care.

Mr Key qualified with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Cardiff Dental Hospital in 1986 & pursued a hospital career in oral surgery before qualifying Medicine at University Hospital of Wales in 1997. Following his extensive Oral & Maxillofacial training in South London & South Wales training programs, Mr Key completed prestigious fellowships in Craniofacial Surgery at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital & in Aesthetic Surgery at Wellington Hospital & Aesthetic Surgery at Wellington Hospital in London. He was appointed a Consultant in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Morriston Hospital in 2007 He has since specialized in facial deformity, Constructive surgery, trauma care, surgical dermatology & facial aesthetics. He was Regional Maxillofacial Specialty Professional Advisor for Wales 2018 - 2023 & led the OMFS Department as Clinical Lead 2019 - 2024.Over the last 40 years he has extensive experience in minor oral surgery & adopts a patient-centered approach his long-standard relationship with multiple primary and intermediate care practices, since 1986, have solidified his expertise in the field of oral and dento-alveolar surgery.

Lynwen has worked at Capel Dental Care for many years, supporting the clinical team by carrying out examinations and providing a range of restorative and preventive treatments within her scope of practice. She began her career in dentistry as a dental therapist, qualifying at New Cross College in 1973. She went on to gain her oral health education certificate in 1983 and completed a master’s degree in health promotion in 2004.

Caryl joined Capel Dental Care as a trainee dental nurse and qualified in 2009. Over her time at the practice, she has gained experience supporting clinicians and assisting with a range of dental procedures. She has an approachable and caring manner and aims to help patients feel at ease during their visits. Caryl is a long‑standing member of the team and contributes to the smooth and effective running of the practice.

Charlotte has worked in the dental profession for many years and supports the day‑to‑day running of the practice. She helps to create a welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues and contributes to the smooth and effective coordination of practice activities. With her experience and practical knowledge, Charlotte supports the wider team and plays an important role in the organisation of the practice.
